About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Specialist to join our IT Security and Compliance team at Nestlé Sa. As a Cyber Security Specialist, you will play a critical role in strengthening our IT Security and Compliance team by supporting the design and implementation of security products, platforms, and solutions to mitigate IT risks across the Nestlé Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and collaborate in the development, maintenance, and definition of security policies, standards, and guidelines.
- Oversee training and dissemination of security policies and practices around Authentication, Multifactor Authentication, Single Sign on, Conditional Access, and other security practices.
- Provide guidance, directions, and technical support to product teams, mentoring and sharing technology knowledge with the teams.
- Work with IS/IT Innovation managers, Tech Leads, Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and other Security workstreams to ensure any solution fits with strategic and technical direction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in information systems, business administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management in hybrid or Cloud environments.
- Demonstrated experience in hybrid and complex enterprise environments and technology areas like Cloud.
- Demonstrated Experience in Authentication and Authorization, OAuth, OpenID, SAML, Multifactor Authentication, Single Sign on, Conditional Access, and in Microsoft Entra ID.
- Experience in effective communication at different levels in the organization (technical and not technical audiences) in English.
- Poise and ability to act calmly and competently in pressure and stress situations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of AWS and GCP IAM concepts.
- Professional security management certification, such as a Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator (SC300), Azure Security Engineer Associated (AZ500), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or any other Security related certifications.
- Preference to have worked in a global environment and with virtual teams.
