Job Responsibilities

  • Drive the System Assurance RAMS, Validation, Verification, and Approval team for Spanish Customers (ADIF, Metro Madrid, TMB, FGC...) projects within Siemens Mobility Spain, ensuring technical solutions and processes meet applicable regulations.
  • Develop and implement system concept analysis, assurance, and V&V plan preparation, collaborating with the integration strategy team to lead to final validation of solutions.
  • Lead a team of System Assurance managers, providing coaching, training, and guidance.
  • Analysis and planning of resources and tasks, considering economic efficiency and continuous monitoring of results achieved.
  • Act as a superior contact person, both internally and externally, clarifying and coordinating complex interfaces with other specialist areas, organizational units, and customers.
  • Support and be involved in strategic initiatives of the Center of Excellence as required.
  • Provide feedback to solution owners on overall assurance strategies.
  • Network intensively with other Siemens units, coordinating joint approaches.
  • Support the bid phase of projects worldwide with your team and regional units.
