About the Role

As Head of People and Culture, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing our people strategy, aligned with our business objectives. You'll work closely with our Executive Functions team to drive the development and enhancement of our people proposition, ensuring we attract, retain, and engage top talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy, aligned with business objectives
  • Partner with the Executive Functions team to drive the development and enhancement of our people proposition
  • Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end HR provision, including talent management, learning and development, and employee engagement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address people-related risks and opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners
