Job Summary:

Xiaomi Technology is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Intern to join our team. As a Sales and Marketing Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team in analyzing market trends, tracking sales performance, and providing insights to inform business decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis: Assist in analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.
  • Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor and track sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations to the sales team.
  • Business Insights: Conduct research and provide insights to inform business decisions, including market sizing, customer segmentation, and sales forecasting.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, marketing teams, and executive leadership.
  • Project Management: Assist in managing projects, including data analysis, report writing, and presentation development.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data analysis tools such as Power BI and SQL.
  • Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Availability: Available to start immediately and commit to a minimum of 6 months.
