Our Amazon Transportation Services team is dedicated to ensuring that products are transported efficiently to their final destinations.
As a Logistics Operations Specialist, you will collaborate closely with various teams within Amazon and external logistics partners to guarantee the availability of delivery vehicles, manage new cases, and respond promptly to escalations when necessary.
- Enhance communication among stakeholders to identify root causes and swiftly resolve issues.
- Generate and present reports on essential delivery metrics.
- Guide and mentor team members to foster skill development.
- Uphold high work standards by adhering to established policies and procedures.
- Continuously assess processes to discover opportunities for innovation.
In this role, you will address delivery performance challenges that may impact customer satisfaction. Utilizing air, sea, and road transport, along with state-of-the-art sortation centers, you will contribute to maximizing the efficiency of Amazon's transportation operations.

Basic Qualifications- Experience in communicating effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership.
- Proficiency in data analysis and report generation for leadership review.
- Experience with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional context.
- Proficient in English (B2-C1 level).
- A relevant degree.
- Experience in a logistics environment.
