Job Description

We are seeking a skilled FP&A Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing support in the preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts, including P&L, BS, and Cashflow statements. You will also participate in annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting to facilitate business review.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support in the preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts, including P&L, BS, and Cashflow statements.
  • Participate in annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting to facilitate business review.
  • Support the team in reviewing and updating financial models to ensure accuracy and enable scenario modeling.
  • Assist in the preparation of business cases and analysis for decision-making purposes.
  • Support with ESG matters and governance of non-financial data.
  • Help implement process improvements and IT solutions to optimize decision-making processes.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in FP&A/Controlling/Corporate Finance/Consulting.
  • Good financial modeling skills with an automation mindset.
  • Trustworthy, committed, and results-driven individual with a proactive approach.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to go deep to root cause and synthesize conclusions and recommendations.
  • Knowledge of IFRS and accounting fundamentals or Spanish GAAP is a plus.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills to collaborate with different teams.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • University degree in Finance/Economics/Aero-engineering or similar.
