About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Art Director to join our creative team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing visual brand guidelines and templates, as well as supervising a small team of designers. Your role will involve working closely with our Senior Creative Copywriter to deliver innovative and effective visual communications solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute visual brand guidelines and templates
  • Supervise a small team of designers to ensure high-quality work
  • Collaborate with the Senior Creative Copywriter to deliver innovative visual communications solutions
  • Proactively suggest improvements to briefs and deliver high-complexity briefs
  • Develop and present conceptual work and deliver high-quality design solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Senior Designer/Art Director in a digital agency or similar environment
  • Portfolio with successfully launched client projects and concepts across broadcast work, digital, social, and everything in between
  • Strong leadership abilities and capacity to guide and inspire the creative team
  • Excellent design, creativity, and strategy-based communication skills
  • Strong verbal communication skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative agency environment
  • Fluency in English (mandatory) and Spanish (mandatory)
