Software Engineer for AI Model Training

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our expert annotation team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI models. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in creating high-quality training data for the world's most advanced AI models.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate the quality of AI-generated code and provide human-readable summaries of your rationale.
- Solve coding problems, write functional and efficient code, and develop robust test cases to confirm code works efficiently and effectively.
- Engage in various projects, including solving coding challenges and reviewing code before it goes into the model.
We offer competitive pay rates based on location and experience. Our compensation rates vary by country, with rates ranging from $14.60 USD/hour in Egypt to $50/hour in the US. We expect our engineers to work 15+ hours per week, but there is no upper limit. You will be paid weekly based on the time spent on the platform.
Contract Length and Flexibility:We offer a long-term contract with no end date. While we expect our engineers to commit to 12 months of work, you can end the contract at any time. We value flexibility and offer developers the ability to set their own hours, with a strong emphasis on work-life balance.
Interview Process:Our interview process is designed to assess your skills and fit for the role. You will be required to complete an async RLHF code review, which will take approximately 35 minutes and must be completed within 72 hours of receiving the task. If you are successful, you will be invited to a group call to discuss further questions about onboarding with our company.
Tech Stack Priorities:We are currently prioritizing engineers with a Data Science background who know Verilog well or software engineers who are well-versed in Verilog.
