About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Store Coordinator to join our team at Volotea. As a key member of our Logistics Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our stores and inventory management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform regular store inventories to ensure accurate stock levels and identify any discrepancies.
  • Set up new stores for new bases, including receiving and processing inventory shipments.
  • Assist during store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Rearrange and improve store organization to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage stock levels, including receiving and processing inventory shipments, and preparing orders and deliveries.
  • Perform storekeeper tasks, such as preparing shipments and receiving deliveries.
  • Provide support to the Logistics Department and Stores Manager as needed.
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience working in an aeronautical warehouse or similar environment.
  • Fluent English and Spanish is mandatory. French and Italian are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel several weeks per month to support stores operations.
  • Current location in Barcelona or willingness to relocate to this city.
  • Previous experience in an airline company is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) and AMOS is required.
