Operations Director

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize our warehouse/distribution center operations in Spain and Portugal. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement, managing logistics activities, and overseeing external warehousing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve warehouse operations and service levels
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics activities, including inventory replenishment, order fulfillment, and loading
• Oversee external warehousing operations and ensure compliance with company standards
• Manage the operational budget and develop cost-saving initiatives
• Lead the company's commitment to a zero-accident workplace and promote a positive and supportive work environment

Requirements:

• Fluency in English is essential for this role, as all applications and interviews will be conducted in English
• Experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is required
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
