About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Engineer with expertise in hydraulics and drainage design to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality designs and solutions for a wide range of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work on small projects or portions of larger projects, supported by senior engineers, and review work products prior to submission.
  • Perform routine engineering assignments involving calculations and simple tests, with supervision.
  • Conduct hydraulics and drainage engineering calculations, with guidance from senior engineers.
  • Participate in quality control reviews of documentation originated by equally or less experienced staff.
  • Develop and implement standards and procedures for CAD and modeling works.
  • Assign and coordinate tasks to technical or administrative staff, related to drafting or hydraulic modeling.
  • Provide guidance to entry-level engineers.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working on hydraulics and drainage designs, with a clear appetite to develop a technical career in the water field.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (Autodesk and Bentley packages, including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, OpenRoads Designer, etc.).
  • Working experience in hydraulics and hydrology software packages (HEC-RAS/HMS, SWMM, Epanet, Bentley and Innovyze packages, 12D, etc.) is highly valued.
  • Fluent in English (oral and written).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Civil, Environmental or Water Engineering or related field.
