At Auto1 Group, we're revolutionizing the car trading industry with our innovative platform. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our logistics strategy and ensuring seamless operations across Spain and Portugal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of logistics specialists, providing coaching and development opportunities to drive success.
  • Design and implement efficient procedures, training programs, and onboarding materials to boost productivity and performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers, negotiating fees and contracts to optimize logistics profitability.
  • Monitor and manage departmental OPEX, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of driving high-performing teams.
  • Excellent analytical and data-driven skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience in strategic business development, startups, or fast-scale companies, with a minimum of 6 years of experience.
  • Fluency in English (C1 or above), with Portuguese (B2) being a plus.
