The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the assembly, installation, and execution of electrical works on site, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Project Supervision: Oversee the execution of electrical works on site, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Subcontractor Management: Exercise control and supervision of subcontractors, ensuring they meet project requirements and quality standards.
- Cost Management: Ensure the correct execution of the project, optimizing cost management and minimizing delays.
- Reporting and Quality Assurance: Issue regular reports on project progress and ensure compliance with QA/QC standards.
- Team Leadership: Direct and control the development of activities in all work fronts of the project, ensuring customer requests are met.
- Subcontractor Oversight: Supervise and control subcontracted companies and the work carried out by them.
- Education: Engineering, FP, or similar degree.
- Experience: Proven experience in supervision of renewable energy projects, including solar, wind, and combined cycles.
- Leadership Skills: Experience as a manager of construction works or industrialized building, with a clear vocation for the position and motivation to learn and develop in the role.
- Technical Skills: Experience in substations and lines, with a high level of English and Spanish proficiency.
