About the Role

This internship opportunity is with Criteo, a global commerce media company that enables marketers and media owners to deliver richer consumer experiences and drive better commerce outcomes through its industry-leading Commerce Media Platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor, optimize, and report campaign performances to advertisers and media agencies
  • Solve client issues and bugs on campaigns, working closely with Business Intelligence and Technical Solutions teams to investigate possible issues
  • Support clients in optimizing the look and feel of their creatives, collaborating with Creative Designers
  • Help the Account Strategist team identify growth opportunities within the current business portfolio
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as creating IOs and tickets
  • Contribute to the improvement of tools and processes to automate and improve certain tasks
Requirements
  • Business-level English, Dutch, or a Nordic language is a plus, both spoken and written
  • Previous internship experience in sales and client service in a tech-related field is ideal
  • Strong business sense, with the ability to handle a multitasking environment and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail to explore product performances and explain recommendations
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasive skills across all levels of interlocutors
  • Passion for media, internet trends, and continual learning
  • Strong knowledge of core MS Office applications
