Quality Assurance Specialist for Commercial Programs

Job Overview:

The primary responsibilities of the Quality Assurance role encompass the following:

 Oversight of customer quality concerns and formal non-conformities.
 Daily management of quality challenges with Official Services (OS).
 Facilitation of quality discussions regarding Aircrafts associated with Spanish Programs between AHE-AH/AHD.
 Management of concessions, including approval and monitoring.
 Conducting Concession Board meetings with clients and OS.
 Providing technical responses to inquiries from OS.
 Management and follow-up of minor incidents.
 Identification of risks, challenges, and quality issues, and reporting them to the Program.
 Handling quality remarks during the OS acceptance process.
 Review of documentation prior to official analysis.
 Ensuring compliance with CoC (Certificate of Conformity) and obtaining necessary signatures.
 Coordination of Permit to Fly with AESA.
 Support for Aircraft deliveries in relation to quality matters.
 Development, standardization, and issuance of local Quality Assurance Plans (QAPs).
 Monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) reporting.
 Acting as the official liaison between AHE and NQAR.
 Assisting SpNQAR with Governmental Quality Assurance (GQAs) delegation proposals.
 Providing support to Programs on quality-related issues.

Qualifications:
 Preferred: Degree in Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering.
 Minimum of 3 years of experience in the aeronautical field.
 Familiarity with EASA regulations.
 Understanding of Military Aeronautical Regulations.
 Knowledge of Civil and Military aeronautical standards.
 Proficiency in 8D problem-solving methodology.
 Experience in defining, managing, and analyzing KPIs.

 Capacity for objective problem analysis and solution proposal.
 Open-mindedness and teamwork capabilities.
 Strong communication skills.
 Autonomous decision-making abilities.
 Competence to operate in a multicultural, multidisciplinary, and international context.

Technical Skills:
 Proficient in MS Office (knowledge of VBA is a plus).
 Familiarity with Google Suite.

Language Proficiency:
 Advanced Spanish.
 Advanced English.
 French is desirable.
 Additional languages are a plus.
