About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team in Brazil. As a key member of our growth marketing team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through digital demand generation and lifecycle marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive media plan to boost our brand presence across all channels, with a focus on YouTube.
  • Drive massive growth in website traffic, lead acquisition, and revenue through data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with our editorial team to ensure our content strategy aligns with our awareness, acquisition, and retention goals.
  • Develop and implement SEO capabilities, including link-building, domain authority, content strategy, and audit.
  • Build and maintain a prospect universe, including audiences, segments, and personas to be targeted.
  • Manage campaign ROIs and brand KPIs, overseeing media budget and resource allocation.
  • Lead the media team and external suppliers, including PR agencies, link-building agencies, copywriters, and other market partners.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a media management or similar role.
  • Proficiency in data-driven marketing and KPIs to understand how content drives key metrics.
  • Experience in implementing long-term cross-channel content strategies.
  • Collaboration experience with influencers, press, and PR agencies.
  • Experience in the B2B environment, particularly in the SaaS industry.
  • Knowledge of SEO and general digital marketing principles, including CRO, UX, and Analytics.
  • Previous relevant growth experiences in brand awareness.
