Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Renewable Energy Operations Trainee to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance of our solar PV power plants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the supervision of Operation & Maintenance (O&M) activities for PV power plants to ensure optimal plant performance.
  • Conduct system monitoring and data analysis to identify issues, assist in troubleshooting, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Prepare regular performance and maintenance reports, including monthly, quarterly, and yearly yield assessments.
  • Support in processing of warranty cases, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
  • Analyze costs, focusing on preventive and corrective maintenance to optimize budgeting and resource allocation.
Requirements
  • You have completed your studies in Engineering, Technology, or Business Studies.
  • Relevant work experience in infrastructure or energy is an advantage.
  • You are proficient in MS Office.
  • You are fluent in Spanish and good in English; having Portuguese skill is a plus.
