Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team at FREE NOW. As a key member of our Marketplace department, you will play a crucial role in productionizing machine learning models, implementing services, and growing our data science infrastructure.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-performance, data-driven systems in a distributed infrastructure to determine the best pricing offers to our passengers and drivers.
- Work with large, interesting data sets including historical, real-time, and third-party data streams.
- Expose machine learning models and data pipelines via resilient and performant APIs.
- Implement and optimize solutions to some of our most business-critical problems as part of a cross-functional team.
- Enhance the Data Science Software infrastructure in close collaboration with a diverse group of Data experts.
- Maintain, improve, and monitor mature CI/CD pipelines in our testing and production environments.
- Champion best practices across the organization and foster an environment of growth and technical excellence.

Requirements:
- Experience training, deploying, serving, and monitoring Statistical/Machine Learning models on large-scale datasets in production.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with a proven capacity to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with data manipulation and machine learning libraries, as well as developing and maintaining microservices in a production environment.
- Proficiency in English and Python, with experience working in a similar environment.
