Transforming Our Business

We're embarking on a significant transformation at PMI, driven by our commitment to a smoke-free future. As a key player in this journey, you'll have the opportunity to shape our business strategy and drive growth in the Canary Islands and Andorra.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve PMI leadership in the assigned territory.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable plans, driving share of market and volume targets while building brand equity.
  • Lead the development of conventional tobacco category initiatives, collaborating with Commercial Operations for effective activations.
  • Monitor category performance and provide qualitative feedback on market situations, proposing innovative solutions to problems.
What We're Looking For
  • Strong interest in Marketing & Sales, with a degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Experience in consumer insights, marketing research, and consumer data analytics.
  • Previous experience in Field Sales Force is valued.
  • 8-10 years of professional background.
  • Portfolio & brand strategy and project management knowledge and experience.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
