About the Role:
The Medical Information Medical Writer Coordinator is a key member of the team at Boehringer Ingelheim España, responsible for ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of medical information tasks. This role requires a strong subject matter expertise in Envision and Medical Information Process to provide guidance and direction to the coordination scope group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure on-time and high-quality execution of gSSRCs across the scope group, coordinating operational tasks and monitoring performance.
- Use subject matter expertise to provide guidance and direction to the group of medical writers.
- Act as a point of escalation for internal customers on questions and concerns related to the group.
- Monitor workload and assess needs across the coordination scope group, working with other Coordinators and the Team Lead to address gaps and roadblocks.
- Enforce adherence to processes by the coordination group and internal customers, defining new processes and finding service-oriented solutions when needed.
- Work with the coordination group and other team members to deliver excellence through the execution of gSSRCs and provision of guidance, best practices, optimization, innovation, and expertise to internal customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a science-related field.
