About the Role

Air Liquide Healthcare is a world leader in medical gases, home healthcare services, and specialty ingredients. We are seeking an experienced E-Services Technical Support Specialist to join our Innovation team in Madrid, Spain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support European affiliates in the implementation of digital services offers for hospital customers.
  • Be the referent expert regarding the technologies used, particularly IoT infrastructure installation and optimization.
  • Support country affiliates for the deployment, including the installation and maintenance of equipment in customer hospitals.
  • Train affiliates' teams on IoT aspects.
  • Report, track, and help resolve potential issues reported by affiliates with internal stakeholders.
  • Gather feedback and potential needs for new features and evolutions of the platform.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (IT, chemical, production, mechanical, biomedical).
  • Experience working with IoT infrastructure installation in a constrained environment.
  • Knowledge about medical gases and their usage in a hospital context.
  • Training and content development skills.
  • Willingness to travel.
