About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Professional to join our growing online retail company, Brilliance. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial part in our success by developing and executing marketing strategies across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social media, content) and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for seamless campaign execution.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and provide reports on key metrics.
  • Update clients and stakeholders on project progress and address concerns.
  • Manage budgets effectively to ensure cost-efficiency.
  • Identify improvements, implement A/B testing, and refine strategies.
  • Identify potential issues and develop solutions to mitigate risks.
Requirements
  • A self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for updating clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in overseeing various digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social media, content).
  • Proficient in using analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and generate reports.
  • Experience in creating and managing project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $850 - $1300 per month, with a permanent remote work arrangement. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for skill development and career advancement.
