Your Functions
You will be responsible for:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Consolidation: Lead the process of consolidating financial statements for our clients.
- Month-End and Year-End Closing: Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciling accounts, journal entries, and accruals.
- Support in the preparation of the consolidated financial statements.
- Compliance: Prepare/Review Annual Accounts.
- Project Management: Responsible for delivery planning and economic project management. KPIs monitoring. Compliance with all legal documentation (AML,KYC). Responsible for the detailed planning of the projects. Project planning monitoring.
- People Management: Responsible for leadership and professional development of your team. Develop and retain individuals identified as talent. Prepare performance reviews. Act as technical reference for your team. Work supervision and deliverable monitoring.
Requirements
To be a potential Auxadi member, you should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting outsourcing services or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and standards.
- Proficiency in Business Central.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Highly results orientated.
