- Write and prioritize backlog items based on business value
- Lead sprint planning and participate in rituals
- Communicate with key stakeholders to collect feedback and make informed decisions
- Strategic: Business teams' enrollment and end-user acceptance
- International: Collaboration with a multinational team and local teams
- Transversal Agile Team approach: Interaction with various functions
- Operational: Collaboration with the AXA Partners Data Office and Delivery teams
