The Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Frontend Developer to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for implementing new features and optimizing existing codebases across our projects. Your expertise will be crucial in migrating legacy codebases to the latest Vue 3 and Nuxt 3 frameworks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining high-quality frontend codebases using Vue 3, Composition API, and Nuxt 3 SSR.
  • Collaborating with the team to design and implement new features, ensuring seamless integration with existing codebases.
  • Optimizing code performance, focusing on core web vitals, and ensuring our web applications excel in these areas.
  • Managing node configs, error monitoring, and bug fixing to ensure a smooth user experience.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience with JavaScript, Vue 2 and 3, Nuxt 2 and 3, CSS (Tailwind), and Node.
  • Expertise in TypeScript and Git, with a strong understanding of REST APIs and their integration with web applications.
  • Proficiency in optimization techniques, from page load to SEO, and a strong habit of documenting and unit testing your work.
  • Ability to refactor and enhance existing codebases, with a collaborative mindset to effectively communicate with the team.
  • Experience working remotely and strong self-management skills to thrive in a remote work environment.
Nice to Have

While not required, experience with the following tools and technologies would be beneficial:

  • Google Tag Manager (GTM) or similar tools.
  • Integrating CRMs, such as HubSpot.
  • Deployment process using Laravel Forge and Netlify.
  • Implementing markup from designs on Figma or Zeplin.
  • Experience working for e-learning platforms.
  • Holding an official Vue certification.
