Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced English language educator to join our team. As a Language Instructor, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lesson plans, assessing student progress, and providing individualized support to students of varying skill levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students, incorporating a range of teaching methods and materials.
  • Assess student progress, identify areas for improvement, and adjust instruction accordingly.
  • Provide individualized support to students, including one-on-one tutoring and small group instruction.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum, assess student progress, and improve instructional practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in language instruction, attending professional development workshops and conferences as needed.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in English language education, linguistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience teaching English as a second language, preferably in a school setting.
  • Proven track record of success in improving student outcomes, as measured by standardized tests or other assessments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and parents.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to adjust to changing circumstances and priorities.
