Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Billing Team Supervisor to join our team at Blu Selection. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the full cycle of billing and invoice processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of 12 billing specialists/junior team leaders, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
- Optimize people management in relation to recruiting, engagement, and performance management, driving business growth and improvement.
- Oversee the full cycle of billing and invoice processes, providing accurate and reliable reports to stakeholders.
- Monitor account status and balances, identifying inconsistencies and taking corrective action.
- Collaborate with other finance/admin departments to ensure seamless processes and accurate reporting.
- Implement new processes, tools, and best practices for the team, driving continuous improvement.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar people management position, with a proven track record of success.
- Experience managing a team of more than 10 people, with a strong focus on leadership and development.
- Full professional proficiency in English, with any other European language a plus.
- Experience in billing or administrative related positions, with a strong understanding of financial processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work under pressure and with initiative.
