- Propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within Salesforce
- Manage external Salesforce developers and consultants to ensure our quality standards
- Document knowledge transfer to our knowledge management system
- Relevant degree in computer science or business informatics
- Experience with Salesforce technologies, including Visualforce, Apex, and Lightning Components
- Ability to analyze requirements and create workflow-oriented solution concepts
- Fluent English language skills
- Certification as a Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM201) is desirable
