About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain IT Business Partner to join our IT Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating with supply chain teams to identify areas for improvement and implement technology-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement technology-driven solutions.
- Manage Operations IT providers and build Operations IT infrastructure together with the IT team.
- Support and enhance SAP ECC and EWM Operations processes.
- Ensure seamless integration of specific supply chain applications, such as IBP, Vendor Portal, and Nutrition Research Center.
- Collaborate in the development and implementation of supply chain IT infrastructure, managing and developing the support team to provide an excellence service.
- Oversee the collection and analysis of supply chain data to inform decision-making, implementing tools for demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply chain efficiency using data-driven insights.
- Act as a liaison between the IT department and supply chain, translating operational needs into technological requirements.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
- At least 5 years of experience as an IT professional with solid experience in operations processes, including demand and supply planning, operations traceability, and control.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings to stakeholders.
- Team player with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in SAP (ECC, IBP, EWM, PI).
- Nice to know about SQL and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems).
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
