About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Controller R&D to join our team at Almirall. As a key member of our R&D business unit, you will be responsible for ensuring the financial health and stability of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective decision-making.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to business leaders, ensuring accurate forecasting and budgeting.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and reports to inform business decisions.
  • Participate in business case development and justification for external funding and subsidies.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in financial management and analysis, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
