Job Title: Operations Manager - Compliance Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager - Compliance Specialist to join our team at Amazon Eu Sarl (Spain Branch). As a key member of our compliance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our Selling Partners comply with EU regulations and laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage the Paragon Workflow to ensure it aligns with our compliance strategy.
  • Optimize compliance processes and streamline standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency.
  • Reduce errors and increase the team's agility in adapting to changing regulations and best practices.
  • Develop strategic roadmaps and coordinate with stakeholders to implement programs that align with organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in program management, process improvement, and compliance.
  • Expertise in building and managing quality assurance processes, including developing audit procedures and conducting audits.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with workflow automation tools and technologies.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
