Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Develop and publish world-class documentation, including user manuals, guides, and release notes.
  • Collaboration: Build relationships with product and engineering teams, actively participating in Agile teams and serving as the voice of the customer.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Develop expertise in product areas and become a go-to resource for technical information.
  • Documentation Improvement: Analyze feedback, support tickets, and interviews to improve documentation quality and user experience.
  • Content Strategy: Partner with Celonis Academy, Customer Support, and Community teams to create a seamless self-service experience for customers.
Requirements
  • Self-Starter: Take initiative with minimal supervision and identify areas for improvement.
  • Technical Writing Experience: 3+ years of experience documenting SaaS, client-server, on-premise, and cloud software applications.
  • Agile Environment: Participate in Agile feature team meetings and represent the interests of the tech pubs team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and elegantly.
  • Content Planning: Possess excellent content planning, organization, and time management skills.
