**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Life Cycle Services (LCS) department at Kardex Group. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution and global rollout of internal strategic projects.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement detailed project plans to ensure timely delivery, within budget and scope.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to execute projects.
- Drive and manage change management initiatives to minimize project risks.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation, and manage change requests.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks and create comprehensive project documentation.
- Organize and perform UAT and final testing, and prepare lessons-learned meetings and report learnings back into the organization.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's or master's degree in economics, business management, financial management, or equivalent professional education.
- Several years of professional experience in managing IT projects and applications.
- Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce) and interfacing to other systems.
- English CEFR Level B2 (advanced intermediate) or C1 (intermediate).
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
