Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team at ISP Iberia. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our schools in the region with procurement processes, ensuring compliance with our regional procurement policy.
Key Responsibilities- Procurement Process Management: Manage and support schools on procurement processes, ensuring compliance with regional procurement policy.
- eSourcing Tool Management: Manage our eSourcing tool to set up new events with suppliers, and manage current contracts.
- Supplier Management: Find new suppliers to enrich tenders and ensure best value for money, coordinate suppliers visits with schools when required.
- Quote Management: Create comparatives and ensure quotes are homogeneous in quantity and quality, negotiate final agreements with suppliers.
- Reporting and Analysis: Update monthly reports with schools' local initiatives and central savings, registering both executed benefits and savings, as well as tracking future initiatives.
- Saving Opportunities: Proactively and continuously searching for new saving opportunities.
- Experience: 2 years of minimum experience in similar positions.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of procurement processes, negotiation skills, and ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to use software such as Microsoft Office, Adobe, high attention to detail, self-managing skills, and proactivity.
