**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems and Safety Engineer to join our team at Importante Empresa. As a key member of our Systems and Safety Analysis group, you will play a critical role in supporting the operation of our nuclear power plants.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform engineering evaluations and analyses of technical products and services to support the safe operation of nuclear power plants.
- Conduct a variety of engineering tasks, including preparation of inputs for transient analyses, fluid systems calculations, and evaluation of emergency operation procedures.
- Develop proficiency in thermo-hydraulic calculations for transient analyses and systems evaluations.
- Assess dose calculations and radiological consequences of accidents.
- Experience running codes for safety analyses purposes.
- Thoroughly document analyses and propose solutions to technical challenges.
- Participate in the preparation of licensing documentation and integrated project teams.
- Occasionally travel to customer sites or industry workshops to gather or present technical information.
**Requirements**
- Master's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, Physics, Energy Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Nuclear Engineering.
- 5-10 years of experience in safety analysis for nuclear power plants.
- Strong technical interest, multi-tasking ability, flexibility, and understanding of project priorities.
- Fluent in English with proven reporting skills.
