Amazon Operations is at the heart of the customer experience, ensuring seamless delivery from desktop to doorstep. As a Senior Reliability Maintenance Engineering Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing technologies in the Global Amazon Warehouse & Delivery Network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure safety regulations and policies are adhered to, conducting preventative maintenance on time to a high standard.
  • Provide high levels of equipment availability through continuous improvement, troubleshooting, and prioritizing.
  • Support the line manager and supervise the shift in their absence, coaching and mentoring technicians on shift.
  • Develop and maintain a good working relationship across all levels in the organization, understanding OEE and equipment performance metrics.
Requirements
  • Multi-skilled in both electrical and mechanical disciplines with relevant experience in automation or complex MHE environments.
  • Solid foundational knowledge of PLC-based controls systems and experience using CMMS to plan proactive maintenance and record reactive tasks.
  • Knowledge of Statutory Compliance requirements and ability to communicate (written & verbal) in English and the local language.
