Research Technician for Biomaterials Development

We are seeking a highly motivated Research Technician to join our team at IQS - Universitat Ramon Llull. The successful candidate will have a strong background in biomaterials design and development, with experience in polymer chemistry, materials engineering, and basic cell biology.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct research in biomaterials design and development, with a focus on polymer chemistry and materials engineering.
- Develop and characterize biomaterials for tissue engineering and regenerative medicine applications.
- Collaborate with our team to design and implement experiments, and analyze data to inform our research.
- Contribute to the preparation of research papers, presentations, and other scientific communications.
- Master's degree in Biomaterials design and development, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in biomaterials research, with a focus on polymer chemistry and materials engineering.
- Strong knowledge of lab techniques, including rheometry, mechanical testing, cell culture, and polymer characterization techniques.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
