About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Product Lead to spearhead our Procurement product development efforts. As a key member of our Business Apps team, you'll be responsible for defining the product strategy and roadmap for Procurement, working closely with customers, account teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of product managers to develop and execute the Procurement product strategy
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their pain points and develop solutions that address their needs
  • Work closely with platform product managers and engineers to guide feature development and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform and its applications in Procurement
  • Drive the development of new, innovative solutions in the area of Supply Chain and Procurement
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in operational Procurement functions, Solution Engineering, or comparable roles
  • Experience in managing high-performing teams and driving product development
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders
  • Track record of developing and shipping value-adding products
  • Experience with procurement software solutions and a deep understanding of the Procurement domain
