The Role PurposeYour role as a Creative Communications Assistant is to ensure that our senior leaders effectively communicate with their teams and internal stakeholders. You will showcase our creative skills and technical know-how to elevate our internal communications to be truly best in class.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership Support: Work alongside our leaders and enable them to engage employees and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Create Compelling Content: Use your storytelling skills to create engaging, visually appealing, and high-quality assets for presentations, videos, newsletters, business summaries, and all-hands meetings.
- Analyse Impact: Monitor and evaluate your communication's effectiveness and provide insights for improvements.
- Collaborate and Innovate: Work with peers to innovate and enhance best-in-class communication practices within the entire Digital Hub.
- Excellent Business English: You must speak and write excellent business English, with other major European languages being an advantage but not essential.
- Current Student: You must be a current student, at least in your third year of a bachelor's degree in fields like media, visual communication, graphic design, multimedia production, business administration, marketing, or public relations.
- University Agreement: Ensure that your university will sign SAP's tri-party agreement, without which, under Spanish law, we cannot consider your application.
- Commitment: You must be ready to commit to a full-time 6-month internship, totaling 39.5 hours per week.
- Monthly Educational Stipend: A monthly educational stipend of 1,000 euros.
