Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Stonehenge Manpower. As a Product Merchandiser, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of product knowledge and providing excellent customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product information, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Sales Skills: Develop and maintain strong sales skills to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Store Operations: Assist with store operations, including receiving and stocking merchandise, maintaining store displays, and performing other tasks as needed.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Education: Senior High School graduate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year of experience in retail sales or a related field.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift items up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
Benefits:
- Competitive Pay: Php645.00 per day.
- Benefits Package: 13th month salary and overtime pay.
Work Schedule:
- Shifts: 10 hour shifts, 8 hour shifts, and flextime.
Location:
- Ortigas: Must be able to commute or relocate to Ortigas.
