Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair work on our hotel's electrical and plumbing systems, as well as maintaining the exterior landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repair work on electrical and plumbing systems, including routine checks and repairs
- Maintain the exterior landscape, including gardens and grounds
- Ensure all work is carried out to a high standard and in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
