Delivery Performance Specialist

As a Delivery Assurance Specialist at TRIGO ADR Americas, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between our aerospace customers and their supplier base to enhance delivery performance. Your primary responsibility will be to track, validate, expedite, and report real-time part delivery status to ensure timely delivery to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and Validate Part Delivery Status: Monitor the flow of critical/hot parts through suppliers' manufacturing shops from raw material phase to delivery to the customer.
- Proactive Supplier Engagement: Work closely with suppliers to monitor all parts and support on-time deliveries to our aerospace customers.
- Delivery Delay Mitigation: Identify risks, perform root cause analysis, and develop recovery plans to bring shipments back in-line with customer requirements.
- Daily Status Reporting: Create and communicate daily status reports to all stakeholders, including customers and prime aerospace manufacturers.
- Manufacturing Process Improvement: Monitor production operations and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Presentations and Meetings: Prepare presentations and lead meetings to drive results and ensure effective communication.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Manufacturing Experience: 5-10 years, preferably in Machine Shop/Sheet Metal.
- Education: Bachelor's degree (or higher) in supply chain management, production control, procurement, business, quality assurance, or a related field.
- PCB Experience: Some experience working with printed circuit boards.
- Process Improvement: Experience working on process improvement teams or Six Sigma certification.
- Microsoft Office: Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Excel.
- Interpersonal and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have a current/active driver's license and auto insurance.
- Local Citizenship: Required for employment on certain defense contracts.
- Background Check and Drug Screen: Will be administered.
Working Conditions:
- Productivity: Incumbents must perform work in an efficient, effective, and timely manner with minimal direction.
- Mobility: Incumbents are required to participate in assigned physical activities, including light lifting and sitting for prolonged periods.
- Vision: Vision sufficient to read printed documents, computer screens, and observe behavior of others.
- Environment: Typical office conditions, working with the Quality management team, SMS team, and external customers.
- Other Factors: Typical hours worked are Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Incumbents may be required to work occasional extended hours and weekend overtime.
