Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics System Administrator to join our team at Talent Search People. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing training and support to end-users, identifying and communicating potential risks and opportunities, and modeling business processes to improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide training and support to end-users on logistics systems and processes.
  • Identify and communicate potential risks and opportunities in relation to business operations.
  • Model business processes and identify problems to be solved or procedures to be improved.
  • Support the development and implementation of logistics systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with the ERP team to deliver high-quality features and solutions.
  • Identify training needs and support the creation of required training and process documentation.
  • Provide training and support to supply chain teams on systems, policies, procedures, and core processes.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in similar roles working with ERP and WMS systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work in a team environment with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbally.
