Job Summary

Nordex Group is seeking a highly skilled Digitalization Expert Tax (F/M/D) to join our team. As a key member of our tax and customs function, you will play a crucial role in coordinating, managing, and supporting the strategic development and implementation of new tools and IT solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the development and implementation of new tools and IT solutions to improve tax and customs processes
• Proactively engage in process improvement projects to identify opportunities for digitalization, standardization, and automation
• Manage internal and external communication with stakeholders to strengthen partnerships and develop business relationships
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in tax and customs digitalization and automation through continuous monitoring of industry trends and emerging technologies
• Develop and conduct internal training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members

Requirements

• University degree in business process management, digital transformation, or data science with a focus on international taxation or accounting
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in an in-house tax or digital transformation function or an international consulting firm
• Good knowledge of tax and customs processes, business process modeling, and project management
• Excellent language skills in English and German, with Spanish as a plus
• Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to discuss complex IT and tax issues with non-experts
