Main Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Assistant to join our team at McCormick & Company.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, or trade marketing, with a degree in Marketing or a related field and merchandising specialization being a plus.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and marketing goals
  • Analyzing market trends and customer behavior to inform marketing decisions
  • Creating engaging content and campaigns to promote products and services
  • Managing budgets and resources to optimize marketing ROI

The successful candidate will be a confident user of MS Excel, have strong analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of business processes, systems, and internal controls.
