Job Title: Community Manager

We are seeking a creative and proactive Community Manager with experience in social media management and SEO/SEM strategies to boost our digital presence in the hotel and resort industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, plan, and execute digital marketing strategies in social media, focusing on SEO and SEM to improve our online visibility and positioning.
  • Create and manage optimized content for SEO (posts, blogs, images, videos) that highlights our hotel and resort experiences.
  • Manage paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads, optimizing budget and maximizing return on investment (ROI).
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of posts and campaigns using relevant KPIs, adjusting strategies to improve performance.
  • Respond and manage the online community in social media, interacting with followers effectively and empathetically.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to align digital strategies with the company's commercial goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in SEO, SEM, and social media in the hotel and tourism industry.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Community Manager, preferably in the hotel or tourism industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of SEO and SEM, with experience in optimizing paid and organic campaigns.
  • Experience in creating and managing paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other platforms.
  • Ability to create attractive and optimized content for search engines (Google, Bing).
  • Knowledge of analysis tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) and social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
  • Competencies in graphic design and video editing (Photoshop, Canva, Premiere) are a plus.
  • Excellent writing and spelling skills in Spanish and English.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently, with good organization and multitasking skills.
