About the Role

As a Human Resources Business Partner at LaFinteca, you will play a critical role in aligning business objectives with employees and management. Your expertise in HR guidance, employee relations, and talent development will drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR guidance to employees and management on various HR-related matters.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Spanish and LATAM legal requirements related to employee management.
  • Partner with management to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Develop HR-related policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Advise on talent development and organizational changes to drive business growth.
  • Provide guidance on workforce planning and support in budgeting to ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Cultivate and enhance the employer brand to attract and retain top talent.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR roles, with a focus on HR Managing.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive HR initiatives and projects from conception to implementation.
  • Proven experience in employee relations, talent management, and performance management.
  • Experience in HR analytics and utilizing data to drive insights and decision-making.
