We are seeking a highly skilled Veeva CRM Architect to join our team at Novartis Farmacéutica. As a key member of our Operations division, you will play a crucial role in shaping our current and future CRM solutions, used by over 50,000 users globally.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement Veeva-based solutions in a multi-country/multi-org environment, leveraging your extensive knowledge of CRM applications and Salesforce Platform.
- Coach and guide technical design experts and developers on their daily activities, serving as the main technical point of contact for CRM solutions.
- Develop harmonized global solutions to be deployed in multiple Salesforce environments, defining core application rules and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends, ensuring the company gets the right value from current and new solutions.
- Liaise with partners (software vendors, system integrators, service providers) for the continuous evolution of our solutions.
- Evaluate data integration patterns and propose/recommend the right solutions for each case.
- 7+ years of experience designing and implementing Veeva-based solutions in a multi-country/multi-org environment.
- Hands-on experience as the main solution design/architecture role for CRM implementations.
- Extensive experience with GDO/CORE models for CRM applications, Salesforce metadata API or SFDX based deployments, and Veeva CRM data model.
- Understanding of other Veeva solutions such as Vault (Promomats/Medcomms) and Align.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with experience working in agile methodology.
- Proficiency with Product Development Lifecycle and DevOps tools like Azure DevOps, GIT, Jenkins, JIRA, etc.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
