About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team at Amadeus, where you will play a key role in driving the development of intelligent solutions leveraging generative AI. As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for developing tools and applications that utilize cutting-edge AI models based on user requirements and enhancing the current digital workplace services portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  2. AI Model Development: Develop and implement machine learning and generative models to solve complex business problems.
  3. Predictive Modeling: Create predictive and prescriptive models that positively impact business performance.
  4. GenAI Applications: Apply the latest GenAI models and Large Language Models (LLMs) for conversational and generative AI, such as GPT models or open-source alternatives.
  5. Prompt Engineering: Design efficient prompts to interact with GenAI models.
  6. GenAI Use Cases: Develop GenAI use cases requiring the enhancement of general-purpose LLMs (e.g., Retrieval-Augmented Generation - RAG).
  7. Cloud Platforms: Work on cloud platforms using managed services like Azure ML Studio or AWS SageMaker.
  8. Data Visualization: Create data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings effectively (e.g., PowerBI).
  9. Performance Analysis: Define performance indicators, analyze new models' results, and present them in an understandable way.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  1. Experience in Machine Learning and GenAI: Experience working with machine learning and generative AI models.
  2. Data Analysis and Statistical Methods: Proficiency in data analysis, statistical methods, and machine learning frameworks.
  3. AI Tools and Frameworks: Strong proficiency in AI tools such as Azure ML Studio, AWS SageMaker, and GenAI frameworks like LangChain, Hugging Face Agent.
  4. Data Visualization Tools: Expertise in data visualization tools like PowerBI.
  5. GenAI Models and LLMs: Knowledge of GenAI models and large language models (LLMs) such as GPT.
  6. Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Solid experience in extracting and analyzing data using advanced techniques.
  7. Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data-driven insights to different audiences.
  8. Collaboration and Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
