About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated leader to join our Implementation team as a Team Lead, Implementation Management. As a key member of our team, you will lead a group of Implementation Managers in Madrid, working closely with peers across Europe to propel our implementation team to new heights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Implementation Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive efficient onboarding processes.
  • Act as a sparring partner and escalation point for the team, providing guidance on complex projects and technical challenges.
  • Create a collaborative and inspiring team environment, fostering open communication and feedback.
  • Scale the team while preserving Adyen's unique culture and values.
  • Collaborate with other teams to drive initiatives and grow the global IM organization.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience leading teams.
  • Proven track record of building and managing teams of Implementation Managers, technical consultants, or technical project managers.
  • Experience with integration projects in large global companies, preferably in professional services, finance, retail, or technology.
  • Ability to develop effective relationships with global teams and adapt to international time constraints.
  • Proactive and hands-on attitude, with a willingness to tackle challenges and get involved when necessary.
  • Fluent English and Spanish language skills.
